SysExtensionFramework cache issues / flush cache

Implementing a new class with SysExtensionFramework sometimes could make your method not to work and in consequence errors would be everywhere.

This could be due to the fact that the list of available classes is cached. To resolve this, clear the cache by running [your F&O URL]?mi=SysClassRunner&cls=SysFlushAOD.
